THE ROLE:
Looking for a change? An exciting new opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor has become available to join an award winning practice in the heart of Manchester. You will deal with both commercial and residential property disputes. The firm represents a variety of developers, managing agents, investors, and private clients, including several household names. It is anticipated that the appointed Property Litigation Solicitor will be working with some of the most knowledgeable litigators in the market and advising on a range of matters. This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement, with one day a week working from home. The successful solicitor will be a key member of this thriving team and will offer effective support towards our client’s business and strategic objectives.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcome from experienced Property Litigation Solicitors who have gained 3 - 5 years’ PQE. You will be highly personable and charismatic with previous experience in dealing with the full range of Property Litigation matters. The successful candidate will have good organisational and communication skills and be comfortable working within a team to achieve practice area goals. A successful Legal Professional will demonstrate a commitment to expanding their knowledge while offering exceptional customer service.
