Salary Just Recruitment is recruiting for a Property Maintenance Support position working for a client based in Earls Colne.
As Property Maintenance Support, you will receive and action maintenance issues, instruct approved contractors and liaise between clients and contractors. You will also administer insurance queries and arrange cover on the managed properties.
Duties include:
· Log new insurance applications and administer existing policies
· Respond to telephone and mail enquiries
· Build and maintain database of contractors and suppliers
· Ensure all suppliers are appropriately vetted
· Ensure company appointed processes are adhered to at all times
· Receive and action maintenance issues
· Instruct approved contractors
· Act as liaison between clients and contractors
Skills required:
· Strong administration skills, keeping file notes up to date
· Good telephone manner and strong written communication skills
· Able to use own initiative
· Adaptable, Team player
