Are you passionate about property management and thrive in a dynamic environment? We're seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join an Independent Estate Agency in Bath. As a Property Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the Asset & Tenancy Team and report to the Head of Asset & Tenancy Management. Together, our goal is to ensure effective and efficient management of tenancies while preserving the integrity of landlords' assets. This entails maintaining a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and compliance standards to ensure adherence at all times.

Salary: GBP23 - 27k (Negotiable)
Responsibilities:
- You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of 400 properties, including HMOs and residential units. From overseeing tenant move-ins to coordinating maintenance requests, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our properties are well-maintained and our tenants are satisfied.
- Raising work orders, booking in quotes, contractors, suppliers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
