Key Responsibilities:
·Supervise daily operations for the property management department
·Drive leasing and property management activities to meet revenue goals.
·Implement marketing strategies to boost occupancy.
·Manage tenant relations, retention policies, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
·Conduct regular property inspections for safety compliance and oversee maintenance, cleaning, and security.
·Screen tenants, negotiate leases, and handle lease renewals.
·Maintain accurate financial records and property performance data.
·Address emergencies and tenant complaints promptly and professionally.
·Stay updated on industry trends and property management regulations.
·Initiate property management system upgrades and tenancy processes.
·Manage government-related processes for compliance.
·Handle lease terminations and settlements, coordinating legal procedures.
·Oversee rent collection, invoicing, receipts, and property insurance.
·Coordinate property upgrades and fit-out processes
What We Are Looking For:
·Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a comparable role.
·In-depth understanding of local laws and regulations governing property management.
·Proven track record in managing residential properties.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a history of software upgrading.
·Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
·Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
·Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
·Previous experience in reporting and dashboards.
·Possession of a Valid UAE Driving License and Car.
·Experienced in team management.
·Must be available in the UAE.
