With a stellar reputation and an ever-expanding portfolio boasting more than 800 premier lettings properties, they are keen to appoint a skilled individual to spearhead the seamless orchestration of day-to-day activities within their residential tenancies.
This role goes beyond the ordinary - you'll be at the helm of managing maintenance and repair projects, ensuring absolute compliance with laws and regulations and conducting thorough property inspections and checkouts.

- DE5, full time, permanent - Driving Licence necessary
- Monday-Friday 9-5.30/1 in 3 Saturdays 9-12
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a lettings/Property Manager role ESSENTIAL
- Robust organisational skills and an ability to master time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Driving license
