Location: Watford, Hertfordshire (Office based)

Salary: £30k - £33k + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The Client:

Our client is a well-established estate agency, specialising in sales and letting properties to their clients.

The Role:

As a Property Manager, you will be managing tenancy-related tasks, from pre-move-in processes to post-move-in maintenance and compliance.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct property inspections and handle maintenance requests.
- Maintain regular communication with tenants and landlords.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

- Previously worked as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
- Must have relevant experience.
- Highly organised with strong IT skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Full UK driving licence and own car.

Shifts:

- Monday - Friday: 8:45am - 6:00pm
- Every third Saturday: 9am - 5pm
