SalaryReed Oxford are delighted to be partnering with a lettings agency, located in Oxford, for the recruitment of a Property Manager to join their friendly team.
This Property Manager will liase with a range of landlords, tenants and contractors and ensure excellent customer service is delivered throughout.
Responsibilities in brief include:
- Co-ordinating matters between landlords and tenants
- Dealing with day-to-day maintenance
- Managing a portfolio of properties
- Undertaking property visits and advising the client of any required work
- Dealing with check-outs
The Property Manager ideally will have had previous property management or customer service experience, however they are also considering applications from those with a general interest in this type of role and industry. The individual will be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal. They will be able to work reactively to ensure expected business needs are met. Excellent IT knowledge, including experience with Microsoft Office Packages is essential.
The salary for this role is up to £32,000 per annum, subject to experience and a full UK driving license is required.
