The Property Manager will report into the Regional Manager and oversee a portfolio of private rented properties on behalf of the Landlord.
You will be responsible for regular meetings with key stakeholders, managing expenditure and cash flow, completing H&S related assessments and ensuring timely delivery and communication in relation to minor and major works.

Description
- Visiting each property at regular intervals
- Arrange and facilitate regular meetings with key stakeholders within your portfolio
- Influencing decisions and disputes
- Manage and authorise all expenditure throughout the year
- Maintaining cash flow to prevent critical funding issues
- Ensuring value for money for customers and clients whilst reviewing service charge audited accounts and budgets
- Liaise with the credit control function to ensure effective debt management of the portfolio
- Complete all Fire, Health and Safety risk assessment/site inspection follow up actions
- Ensure timely delivery of major works and remedial planned works are undertaken
- Managing contracts with affiliated external Contractors overseeing their performance and scope of work
Profile
No specific qualifications are required however the following would be beneficial:
- IRPM
- Leasehold Management Level 2,3 or 4
