Guide Point Properties Ltd. (the Company) is providing an exciting opportunity to join our small but dynamic team as the Property Manger to develop our well established property rental business. You have developed a working ethics outside of your comfort zone, to provide your customers with highly tailored and quality solution services. You will continue to serve the existing portfolio and to develop the business pipeline. You demonstrate integrity and respect to the team making sure it is a team win.
Your role: Property Manager
Your Daily Responsibility:
- Responsible for the business development plan in property rental market, identifying business leads in both upstream (Landlord) and downstream (Tenants) sides
- Maintaining a solid leads pipeline in line with the growth plan
- Lead the case budget and completion of sales cycles/agreements, to make sure the targets/budgets are met
- Support to Business Support Team to ensure each tenancy is well facilitated. This includes all the support without limit to:
- Advertisement and marketing promotions
- Tenancies cycle operational matters
- Customer relations
- Tenancy extension
- Monthly business review with the Company to the business plan
- Other assignment as required
You will also meet the following criteria:
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Able to work full time legally in the UK
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Mature communicational skills
- Sound managerial skills
- ARLA qualified (preferred but not essential)
