Form of workOur client is looking for an experienced and ambitious Property Manager to join their dynamic team.
The successful individual will have previous experience within a similar role, enjoy being busy and be able to provide an exceptional level of service.

Areas of Accountability:
- Manage the property portfolio, providing advice and support to Landlord and Tenants
- Manage all property maintenance enquiries
- Liaise with Landlords and contractors for works to be completed
- Arrange inventories, gas safety certificates, EPC's and all other legal documentation
- Arrange and carry out property inspections including reporting findings
- Process all tenancy renewals and deposit negotiations
The Individual:
- Experience within the property industry
- Self-motivation with a 'can do' attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Extremely well organised and able to prioritise your own work load
- Professional, positive, diligent and diplomatic
- Full, clean UK driving licence is essential
