An exciting opportunity has arisen.
One of Chelmsford's most well-established Letting Agents is looking for a Property Manager who is outgoing, confident, and personable for their busy Chelmsford office.
You will be showing applicants around properties, progressing lets and assisting the team to secure new stock, and ensuring that you are always maintaining a high standard of service for clients.
You will need to have the following experience:
- 1 year's minimum experience in residential property lettings and management.
- Broad knowledge of property management issues and solutions.
- Be customer-focused at all times.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- A smart appearance and professional approach are essential.
- Be an effective Team Player.
- Ability to effectively use Word & Excel, Outlook and appropriate software.
- Proactive with good time management abilities.
- To be motivated by excellence.
- Full driving licence.
This role will involve:
- Managing tenant and landlord relationships.
- Carrying out routine management inspections of properties.
- Carrying out applicant viewings.
- Processing tenants applications.
- Managing routine maintenance & repairs as and when required.
- Adding property information to software and marketing literature.
- Preparing and issuing management inspection reports to landlords.
- Greeting clients and assisting them with their requirements.
- Preparing AST's, Notices.
Hours of work 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday (with 1 day off in the week) and Saturdays 9.00am -5.00pm
Basic salary + OTE GBP30,000
