Job description

Job title: Property Manager - (Premier Management)

Hours: Monday- Friday, 40 hours per week, (Hybrid working after settling in period)

Location: Little Venice

Basic salary: Competitive + Commission

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Property Management Consultant to join our established Portfolio Management Department. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2 years’ experience in property management and will be dealing with High Net Worth clients. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, who takes pride in delivering exceptional service at all times; most importantly of all, you must enjoy a fast-paced, challenging environment and working with people.

Main duties:

  • Liaising with Landlords and Tenants: Acting as a point of contact, addressing queries, and maintaining communication between both parties
  • Inventory Check-In and Check-Out: Organising and overseeing the inventory process when tenants move in and out of the property
  • Tenancy Cleans: Arranging cleaning services before new tenants move in and after previous tenants move out
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinating ongoing property maintenance and emergency repairs, ensuring prompt resolution
  • Rental Income Processing: Managing rent payments, keeping track of accounts, and providing financial statements to landlords
  • Routine Property Inspections: Conducting regular inspections to assess property conditions and ensure compliance with standards
  • Deposit Handling: Managing deposit returns and addressing any issues or damages at the end of a tenancy
  • Ensuring Compliance: Making sure the property meets legal requirements such as Gas Safety Regulations (GSR) certification.

  • Strong Organisational Skills: Managing various tasks efficiently, keeping records, and scheduling inspections, cleans, and repairs
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in documentation, inspections, and handling financial matters related to tenancies
  • Problem-Solving Aptitude: Resolving issues that may arise during tenancies, whether they involve maintenance, disputes, or compliance matters.

This role demands someone who can effectively balance administrative responsibilities, customer service, and property management duties while ensuring adherence to legal standards and regulations.
