You'll need to have experience of working with a main contractor on commercial office fit out projects in excess of £25m and have SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and further education qualifications in a construction related subject ideally.
As Assistant Construction Manager, you will be working with an award winning team on a multi-million pound CAT B commercial office fit out where you will be responsible for ensuring Health, Safety and Quality on site as well as carrying out inductions, checking RAMS and issuing permits to work. You'll work closely with the Project Manager and will be involved in sub-contractor meetings and ensuring that your area is on programme.
