Here's what we offer:
???? Competitive salary ranging from £23,000 to £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)
???? Monthly and quarterly commission
???? A structured working week: - Week 1: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm -
Week 2: Four weekdays, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (enjoy a day off in the week)
As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and interacting with individuals from all walks of life.
This position offers diversity, variety, and the opportunity to be part of a vibrant property team.
Main Duties:
???? Setting and collecting rent and other fees from tenants
???? Conducting property valuations
???? Managing property finances, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely tax payments
???? Overseeing staff employed on the property
???? Ensuring regular building upkeep, addressing tenant complaints, and coordinating repairs and maintenance services
???? Handling building inspections for prospective tenants or buyers
???? Managing tenant screenings and evictions
???? Enforcing occupancy rules
???? Preparing regular property-status reports for stakeholders
???? Advertising units and negotiating lease terms
???? Coordinating maintenance schedules with the Maintenance Coordinator
Ideal Candidate:
???? High level of customer service skills
???? Personable and confident in dealing with various individuals
???? Possession of a full driving license
???? Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
???? Empathetic and able to build positive relationships
???? Skilled negotiator with a minimum of two years experience
