You will report to the Leasing Manager.
Responsibilities of a Property Manager include:
- Overseeing the Property Management operation onsite
- Report KPI data to our Head of Portfolio Asset Management
- Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and liaise with all other departments on the tenant’s behalf including block management and client accounts
- Inventory preparation, inventory check-in and check-out
- Pre and in tenancy maintenance management and procurement of works, including block reactive maintenance
- End of tenancy inspections, including deposit negotiations
- Ensure all legal compliance requirements are met
- During lease-up phase, duties will expand to assist the lettings and block function as required
