What is the role?

To carry out the complete range of property management duties with particular emphasis on planned maintenance, reactive maintenance, compliance and condition surveys for the Council’s property portfolio

The Grade of this post is Grade 3 / Level 9, the hourly rate is from £20.75 to £22.42 and the annual salary is from £37,869 - £40,916.

The successful candidate will primarily work from home with occasional travel within the South Ayrshire area. Frequency for attending the office may vary depending on the exigencies of the service
