Property Secretary

A great opportunity to join a large Property business who have offices across the North East region as they require a Service Team Administrator to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.

This is an opportunity for the successful candidate to interact with clients, professionals and colleagues on a daily basis, and by making your own decisions, you will ensure that the Rural Team are always well organised and prepared.

Within your role you will:

• Provide effective support to fee earners in all forms of general administration including audio typing and diary management
• Liaise with clients on a daily basis, ensuring all file records are up to date and compliance is followed from the outset
• Assist and contribute with client fee earning work in accordance with KPI’s
• Assess priorities while organising a number of fee earners
• Operate and understand internal invoicing systems

About you:

• Have excellent communication and team working skills
• Be highly competent in all aspects of ICT, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
• Work in the strictest confidence
• Ideally have some knowledge of agriculture
• Have the ability to think and plan ahead for team members
• Have excellent client care skills and attention to detail
• Have an understanding of financials and a head for numbers
