MUST HAVE A FULL CLEAN UK DRIVERS LICENCE

We are looking to appoint a Property Services Caretaker within our Repairs and Compliance team at Brighter Futures Housing Association. You will be responsible for carrying out a regular cleaning service across Brighter Futures' stock, including offices and non-housing premises. You will also be required to assist our Property Services Team with basis building health and safety checks.

You must have good communication skills, both oral and written and knowledge and experience working with windows-based software, including excel, email and the internet.
