SalaryTSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a Building Surveying Consultancy who are currently seeking Surveyors to carry out Stock Condition Surveys of Social Housing in Coventry.
Our client is a leading property consultant who is responsible for delivering a large programme of condition surveys of social housing units, capturing information utilising asset management software on a tablet PC. This will form around 6 months' worth of work.
The ideal candidates should have experience of conducting property surveys. Surveyors who also have a background in trades also do well in this role.
