SalaryProperty Team Leader
OA are recruiting for a Property Team Leaderto join our client’s team as they continue to grow their client base.
You will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of 10, including 4 Property Managers.
Role: Property Management Team Leader
Location: Elstree, Borehamwood
Hours: Full time, 9am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Property Team Leader - Key Responsibilities:
- Review and deliver KPIs across team
- Leading and developing the Property Management team
- Preparing monthly reports
- Communicating with clients, ensuring satisfaction with service levels
- Issuing all major works
- Overseeing handover process for new sites
- Ensuring all H&S, FRA and compliance is adhered to
Property Team Leader - Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Property Management
- People management experience, including mentoring and developing
- MIRPM Qualified
- A good general knowledge of property management principles and procedures including: cladding, major works, section 20
- Good IT skills, including Word and Excel
