PROPERTY TECH ACCOUNT MANAGER – Property Management Software

Location: Horsham, RH12

Salary: £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional Prop Tech Account Managerto join a highly successful property management software company with the role covering the South Coast & Brighton area.

The perfect candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management and in order to fully understand the benefits of our client’s services, a background in CRM software and Property Management would be helpful.

You will have a strong desire to build a career and to excel in your role and will have a proven track record of exceeding targets, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You will be someone who is an excellent communicator with strong verbal and numerical skills, an ability to adapt your skills dependant on the situation, as well as being commercially aware with a competitive nature.

You will also need to demonstrate that you are highly motivated, articulate, engaging, charismatic, energetic and that you have exceptional sales ability.

Skills: The skills required for this Property Tech Account Managerwill include:

• Previous experience in a customer facing Account Management
• Proven sales record and target driven
• CRM software experience helpful
• Knowledge of Property management processes helpful
• Competitive and commercially aware
• High level of customer service
• Superb telephone manner
• Full UK driving license and own car
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
