This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity development within the property management industry for a well-established company. You will work closely with experienced professionals in an friendly office environment, to gain valuable hands-on experience in all aspects of property management.
Spending 4 days in the office and 1 day out on site, you will gain fantastic exposure to the procedures, compliance and regulations of the day-to-day Property Management position.
Salary starts at £24,000 on top of an extra £3,600 car allowance for travel! As mentioned, you are only required to travel to site 1 day a week so this is a fantastic addition to salary!
As part of the training scheme, you will be given the opportunity to complete your first two exams of your AIRPM paid for by the company! This will also lead to quite a significant pay-rise after completion!
