PSV Transport Manager required! My client are a bus and coach transport company, providing transport solutions to their customers nationally. Due to company growth, they're looking for a Transport Manager to join their team, playing a major role in managing the transportation staff and fleet.

PSV Transport Manager - Responsibilities

• Develop and plan routes to improve efficiency and meet passenger demand.
• Monitor and evaluate service performance, adjusting as necessary to improve service delivery.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate transportation staff, including drivers.
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customer service standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly.
• Implement and monitor safety procedures and protocols to ensure the safety of passengers and staff.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of vehicles and equipment.
• Develop and manage the transportation department budget.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of the transportation fleet.

PSV Transport Manager - Requirements

• Proven PSV transport management experience.
• Transport Manager CPC (PSV) is desirable.
• Team leadership/management experience.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Remuneration

• Salary - 40,000 - 45,000 - dependent on experience
• Company pension scheme
