Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Sustainable Transport Communications Account Manager to assist with running two new bus transport contracts.
The role is diverse, and you’ll be working within a creative environment, delivering innovative projects that require flexibility, diligence and commitment.
With at least two years of experience working on transport-related communications and marketing projects, you would be joining our award-winning Marketing and Communications Team, who specialise in developing projects that deliver a positive social impact.
The Transport Communications Account Manager will help deliver across two large bus improvement marketing and communications projects. This person will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities, including research and insight, social media planning, campaign activations, actioning website updates, and content creation.
Skills and Competencies:
You will have a proven track record on delivering projects and working collaboratively with other team members. Knowledge of basic digital marketing is essential. You will be hardworking, creative, a great communicator and passionate about the projects you will be delivering.
They are looking for someone with experience and understanding of:
- The core aspects of marketing, from segmentation through to campaign design and delivery
- Digital/social media marketing planning, delivery and evaluation
- Desk research and insight gathering
- Target audience profiling and segmentation
- Identification of appropriate marketing channels and campaign delivery mechanisms
- Internal briefing and working with creative teams
- Briefing in and managing through video, animation and design projects. Using CMSsystems to update websites
- Campaign reporting and evaluation
