```Duties:```
-Assist the owners in overseeing daily operations of the country pub with room
_provide excellent bar service to customers & ensure all bar staff are operating to a high standard or service & hygiene
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff members to ensure efficient and smooth operation.
- Ensure food production and preparation are in accordance with established standards.
- Maintain high levels of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
- Assist in training new employees and ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food production, preparation, and safety practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure situations.
