Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, hospitality, and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Supervise and train staff members in food preparation techniques and customer service
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor stock levels
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Create schedules for staff members and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food items to ensure quality and consistency
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation
Experience:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the culinary or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques, culinary trends, and menu planning
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in bartending techniques and beverage service
- Familiarity with hotel operations is a plus
- Proven track record of supervising staff members and maintaining a positive work environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
