SalarySituated on North Shields Fish Quay, Allards on The Quay opened in 2018 and has since become one of the areas most popular venues, we are currently looking for a manager who can help drive the business in the natural direction it has grown. We are looking for a warm, welcoming personality who will understand that our customer comes first and greet each guest like an old friend.
We are looking for an all-rounder who has a vast knowledge of the hospitality sector and its ever-changing landscape. The ability to adapt, keep up with industry trends and technology is essential. The venue is vast, we are looking for someone to understand how to staff it accordingly during the peaks and troughs of the weekly service. We have an event space which is often booked so some knowledge of running private functions would be advantageous. We have a young but proactive team and we are looking for the right person to guide, train and develop their individual characters respectively.
What we are looking for;
· At least two years working in a management role in hospitality.
· A passion for providing excellent customer service and memorable experiences.
· Understanding working towards and meeting wage and GP % targets.
· Ability to lead and motivate a young team.
· An understanding of industry trends.
· Good knowledge of food, drink and the products we supply.
