Location: Madingley Road, Cambridge Working pattern: On site, 0.6-1.0FTE Term: Three years Fixed Term with possibility of renewal Responsible to: Director of Education and Engagement Employee benefits: Generous pension contributions and annual leave entitlement of 25 days plus bank holidays, pro rata  About the Woolf Institute We are an independent charity affiliated with the University of Cambridge through our partnerships with the Cambridge Theological Federation, St Edmund’s College, and the Faculty of Asian and Middle Eastern Studies. We seek to build understanding and trust between Jews, Muslims, and Christians, and between religious groups and wider society, through research, education, and Public Engagement. We celebrated our 25th anniversary in 2023.  Purpose of the role As Public Engagement Coordinator, you will play a key role in the Institute through contributing to the development, administration, and delivery of the Public Engagement work of the Woolf Institute. You can learn more about our Public Engagement work here.  Key responsibilities You will work closely with the Director of Education and Engagement to complete tasks related to the development of Public Engagement resources, especially for our programmes in schools, end-of-life care, and local faith communities. You will oversee the administrative aspects of these programmes including correspondence, record-keeping, and scheduling. You will be part of the Woolf team who are trained to facilitate and deliver programmes in the community. And you will assist with a range of Public Engagement events. Working collaboratively and collegially is central to the ethos of the Woolf Institute. Working on site, being a collegial team member, and collaborating with colleagues are key to this role.
