Location: Milton Keynes (1-2 times per week with the rest being home based)

Salary: £50,000-60,000 + package

We are currently partnered with a Public Sector Giant boasting a robust £Multi-Billion revenue stream, who have been pivotal in the nation's growth across transport, engineering & civils for over two decades. The Role:

As a Strategic Procurement Manager, you'll spearhead high-profile sourcing projects alongside a team of 30+ procurement experts. Your focus will be on the indirect services categories, overseeing procurement processes for areas such as HR, Professional Services, Facilities Management, and more.

What you will do:

• Lead innovation and idea generation across diverse spend categories, fostering a best-in-class procurement culture.
• Act as a strategic business partner, identifying needs, delivering plans, and navigating cross-functional environments with ease.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to drive strategic plans and maximise value.

Skills Required:

• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing and procurement, ideally within Public Sector, or at least have an appetite to move into this space and learn new processes and approaches to procurement.
• Agile and collaborative working methods, ensuring smooth cross-functional operations.
• A track record of influencing at an executive level, driving impactful change.
