Macildowie are pleased to be partnered with this longstanding client who are on the lookout for an experienced and determined Sales and Purchase Ledger Administratorto join their team for a 12 month FTC.
This is the perfect opportunity for up and coming Accounts Assistants to take the first steps within a supportive business that fosters growth and development.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- EDI Billing
- Special billing
- Raising ad hoc invoices on to the Sales Ledger
- Posting deliveries, credit notes, miscellaneous sales (month end)
- Unpriced orders (month end)
- Processing and allocating incoming BACS receipts from customers
- Processing of Direct Debit payments, as well as dealing with the rejections
- Daily reconciliation of incoming card receipts
- Processing of customer refunds
- Email and phone queries
- Metered Estates Billing
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Great communication skills & a confident telephone manner
- Previous experience within a similar role
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Strong IT skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages - Especially excel
