Sales & Purchase Ledger Administrator
Salary Range : £22,540.00 To (Maximum)£23,540.00

37.5 Hours per week
As a sales & Purchase Ledger clerk you are responsible for setting up customer accounts and sales invoices processing, processing of supplier invoices and credits, the raising of supplier payments either via BAC’s, cheque or faster payment, statement reconciliations, allocation of all payments, processing of expenses, GRNI review and liaising with internal and external suppliers/customers.
The Role
· Inputting invoices and credit notes in Codas
· Payment run processing weekly to include Bacs, Faster payments, and CHAPS
· Allocation of payments and supplier statement reconciliations
· EDI and specialised sales ledge billing
· Fuel card management
About You
· Good communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
· Able to work under pressure and meet targets
· A minimum of 1 year experience in Purchase or Sale Ledger Administrative position
· High attention to detail and ability to identify inaccuracies effectively
· Knowledge of personal expense claim management preferred but not essential
