The Purchase Ledger Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the existing Accounts team. As the Purchase Ledger Administrator your duties are listed below
Inputting Expense Invoices on NAV-Ensuring payments are flagged in time
Reconciling credit card statements and updating them on the system
Assisting in maintaining other finance records in timely manner
Work at pace and have the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines
Assisting and ensuring all Import documents are received in time
Assisting in Reconciling Creditors Ledgers
Perform ad-hoc tasks to meet the needs of the business
