Key Responsibilities:
- Enter invoices to Sage 50
- Organise monthly payment runs
- Process sub-contractor invoices & expenses
- Manage invoice approvals and supplier queries
- Handle regular sub-contractor compliance
- Distribute monthly CIS statements
- Assist with credit card reconciliations
- Produce cost and profit reports
- Manage project enquiries and archiving
