Elevation Accountancy and Finance are excited to be working with a fantastic business based in the Shirebrook area as they look for an enthusiastic Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis with scope for permanency for the right person.
This position would be great as a temporary stop gap for someone or a way to get into a great organisation and prove yourself for the chance to become permanent!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing and paying supplier invoices
- Resolving a high volume of queries in relation to disputes invoices and escalate queries where necessary
- Assisting with reports and data manipulation
- Senior internal stakeholder management
Person Specification:
- You will have experience of working in a busy environment and the ability to prioritise your workload
- You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Educated to GCSE level with a grade C in Maths and English
