Force Contracting Services are a very well-established Civil Engineering Contractor based in Worksop, South Yorkshire, specialising in Utilities (substations/power generation), Rail, Nuclear, & Property Development. We have an exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join the business!
Hours: 22.5 - 30 hours/week
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing and paying supplier invoices
- Resolving a high volume of queries in relation to disputes invoices and escalate queries where necessary
- Assisting with reports and data manipulation
- Senior internal stakeholder management
Requirements:
- Experience working in a busy environment and the ability to prioritise your workload
- Able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Educated to GCSE level with a grade C in Maths and English
