Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a Kent based Publishing company who are looking for a Part TimePurchase Ledger Assistant to join their finance team. This position will be working alongside one other, reporting to the Finance Manager.
Duties:
- Invoice processing
- Query resolution
- Liaising with suppliers
- Addressing any issues that arise and resolve in a timely manner.
- Input data/invoices onto the system
- Processing supplier statements
- Ensuring that all Purchase Ledger transactions are processed accurately
- Additional ad-hoc duties include supporting the additional team member with workload
Requirements/Desirable:
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position
- Ability to work 10am - 2pm - 5 days per week
Salary and additional information
- GBP25,000 - GBP27,000 pro rata
- Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days from home.
