We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and hardworking Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our Accounts team here at MotorSport Vision. This Purchase Ledger role is a group function within the business therefore you will be working with invoices from all five of our UK based race circuits (Brands Hatch, Donington Park, Snetterton, Oulton Park & Cadwell Park).
Working with the Accounts Controller, you'll be responsible for making sure the Purchase Ledger accurately reflects the contracted purchases of the company.
Main duties will include:
- Matching, checking and coding invoices
- Monitoring the ledger accounts inbox
- Ensuring queries are dealt with in a timely manner
- Preparing BACS payments
- Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Filing invoices
You will be/have:
- Previous Purchase Ledger experience working with a high volume of invoices
- Educated to at least A level standard or equivalent
- High level of detail and accuracy
- Confident in communicating with various departments across the business
- Strong Microsoft package experience (Word, Excel & Outlook)

This is a permanent, full time Purchase Ledger Assistant position based in the office at Brands Hatch Race Circuit, DA3 8NG. Due to our location, you’ll be required to have a full UK driving licence as public transport options are limited.
