REED Accountancy Oxfordshire have secured an exciting position with a growing, bespoke organisation who are looking for a friendly and welcoming professional to join their close-knit finance team. The opportunity pays a competitive salary, is fully office based with great company benefits one of which is an early finish on Friday.
The role would suit someone who has worked previously in an accounts environment or has strong organisational skills. Experience working with Sage would be an advantageous but is not essential.

Role responsibilities:
- Full control of Purchase Ledger posting and query resolution to supplier statement reconciliations and assistance with the preparation of multi-currency payment runs
- Month end project calculations to include commission statements for payroll
- Reconciliation of company credit cards
- Processing of staff expense claims
- Completion of nominal ledger reconciliations
- Supporting month end close process
- Maintaining accurate accounting record
- Involvement in other Ad-Hoc responsibilities as and when required
Person Specification:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships with all levels of staff seniority
- Sage 50 experience or similar software applications would be advantageous
- Experience working with CIS would also be useful not essential
