Purchase Ledger Accounts Assistant
£24,000 - £32,000 per annum dependent on experience
Immediate interview
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure purchase invoices and purchase orders are matched correctly
• Manage all queries with relevant departments
• Ensure supplier statements adhere to agreed terms
• Manage the set up of new accounts
• Process all payments onto the system promptly
• Ownership of ledger and monthly reconciliations
• Ensure all held invoices are released for processing
• Create weekly payment runs – including backups
• Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements onto the system
• Provide cover for Sales Ledger staff during absence
• Assist within finance function as required
