We have a fantastic opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to come and join our team at Vertu Motors Honda Newcastle.
We are offering a basic salary of £22,000 depending upon experience plus company benefits!
As our Purchase Ledger Clerk you will support the Accounts function in all aspects of dealership accounts. We are looking for the right person to:
- Process high volumes of invoices.
- Match, batch, scan, code and file all invoices, statements and remittances.
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Process monthly payment run.
- Deal with any invoice discrepancies and any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Assist in processing colleague expense claims and aiding in the preparation of management accounts.
