They are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team in Preston on a full time, permanent basis.You will be part of a team of 4, reporting into the Finance Director.The Purchase Ledger Clerk will have excellent experience working within Purchase Ledger and the ability to carry out all duties efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities: • Coding, approving, and filing of invoices• Reconciling Suppliers’ statements• Managing Petty Cash• Paying Suppliers and processing Staff Expenses• Setting up new Supplier accounts• Maintaining cash book• Posting payments onto Purchase ledger• Answering telephone queries Package: • Salary - £26-28K• Mon-Fri - 9-5pm• 30 minutes lunch• 25 days + Bank Holidays• Free Parking• 15% pension contributionTo be considered for this role you will have previous experience working within a Purchase Ledger role.Interested?
