Role purpose:
We are recruiting for a Trainee Management Accountant to join our growing and ambitious team. You will assist in the output of financial data working closely with our Operation Managers, Heads of Departments and group teams.
You will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, ensuring they are accurate and true. You will also be required to reconcile accounts, prepare year end files, and undertake project work as required.
This role is based in Camberley, though it is a hybrid working role, so you will be able to split your time between home and the office in Camberley.

Skills, knowledge and experience:
You should be highly numerate with a strong financial understanding. You will be confident when working with balance sheets, reconciliations, and P&Ls. We would like to see applicants who are analytical with a high attention to detail and the ability to work accurately. Stakeholder management is essential as are effective communication skills.
