Purchase Ledger Clerk - Bridgwater - Permanent - up to £27,000 per annum
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of their client, a finance officer, to focus on their Purchase Ledger within a small finance team.
Hours of Work:
37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. The role will be full time working in the office.
Job Role:
You would be working within a small team environment. You would have sole responsibility of managing and maintaining the Purchase Ledger. Keeping accurate records of the company expenditure. Using Microsoft Excel, Sage 200, and other software packages.
Main Duties
- Match purchase invoices against goods received
- Raise purchase orders
- Resolve queries
- Inputting invoices onto sage200
- Generating payment runs
- Managing company credit and bank cards
- Calculating and matching VAT records
- Pay employee expenses
- Set up new suppliers
