Due to excellent business growth, an exciting new opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk has arisen for a well-established business based in Belbroughton. This role is pivotal in the day to day running of the accounts department.
Daily duties include:
- Matching, batching & inputting purchase invoices onto the ledger
- Setting up new customer & supplier accounts
- Prepare payment runs
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Prepare adhoc reports
- Solving queries
- Flexibility to take on other tasks as required that may not be dedicated to the Purchase Ledger
My client is a well established company in the Stourbridge area with a fun and supportive working environment. Public transport is limited in the area, so the ability to drive is a must. The working hours are 9-5pm Monday-Thursday and 9-4:30 Fridays.
