Adele Carr Recruitment are working with a reputable, growing business based in Warrington to recruit a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to help the client through a busy period for initially 3-6 months with a chance of becoming permanent. Main responsibilities of the role will be:
- Posting manual invoices;
- Reviewing vendor accounts;
- Allocating payments within vendors;
- Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details;
- Reconciliation of supplier statements;
- Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries.
Suitable Candidate:
- Previous experience within a fast paced high volume Purchase Ledger role;
- Experience with sage preferably but not essential
- Strong communication and IT skills;
- Available immediately or on a short notice period
