What you will do:
- Process purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
- Match invoices with the purchase orders and delivery notes
- Resolve queries related to invoices or payments
- Reconcile supplier statements with the ledger
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in Purchase Ledger or accounts payable is essential
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
