My client is looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to work in their modern offices to cover maternity leave. The role will be a fixed term contract that will last for one year.
Role:
- Input of invoices onto Syrinx (system training will be given)
- Matching of pod s (proof of delivery notes) to invoices.
- Invoice scanning and filing
- Liaising with other departments for correct costing of invoices.
- Informing suppliers of invoice queries.
- Passing of invoices for payment
- Reconciling of supplier statements to the account systems.
- Various office administrative duties
Hours of work are 8.30am to 5pm with 3/4hour lunch break - 36.25 hour working week!
