Description
You will be working alongside 2 other Purchase Ledger Clerks and will be reporting into the Purchase Ledger Supervisor. Your role will include all aspects of Purchase Ledger, which will include, but will not be limited to:
- Processing invoices and maintaining a strong relationship with suppliers.
- Dealing with suppliers' invoice queries.
- Ensuring all payments are made within agreed terms.
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
- Processing expenses.
- Credit card reconciliations and statements.
- Assisting in the preparation of month-end reports.
- Supporting with driving process and system improvement in the Purchase Ledger function.
Profile
To apply for this position, you do not need experience of working in Purchase Ledger, but this would be highly advantageous. However, you must:
