A fantastic opportunity has arisen for this charity based on the outskirts of Leeds city centre. As an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be joining a small and busy finance team on a temporary basis, for an ongoing assignment. In this fully office based role, the successful candidate will be involved in tasks such as;
- Logging, maintaining and filing invoices.
- Payment authorisation.
- Payment processing.
- Investigating Purchase Ledger queries.
- Creating reports.
- Liaising with suppliers
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to support a busy team at this time of year, the role will be starting imminently and so a suitable candidate must be available immediately for this position. The successful candidate will have;
- Minimum of 12 months Purchase Ledger experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent MS Office skills including Excel
