This company are looking for a well organised and driven individual to join their team who is capable of taking responsibility for their own work load and reliably completing the following tasks:
- Processing invoices
- Preparing payment runs
- Reconciling key supplier statements
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Bank reconciliations
- Managing the accounts payable inbox
- Ad-hoc finance work
- Proven experience in a financial role (1 year required)
- Production and processing of import documentation (desirable)
- Managing ledger to keep it well organised
